Questions
What is the minimum order?
In our standard clear PP packaging, the minimum order is 100 tubes per SKU for incense sticks, 100 boxes per SKU for coils and cones, and 50 boxes of 100 g for incense powder. With custom packaging or any custom service, the minimum is agreed per project.
What are the lead times?
Lead times depend on the product, order size and packaging, and are confirmed with your quotation.
Can you send samples?
Yes. Samples are charged, and the sample cost is credited against your first order. Custom samples are scheduled per project.
How do you ship?
We ship FOB from a Chinese port, or CIF to your destination port. The shipping method and cost are confirmed with your quotation.
What documents can you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin; CITES export permits for agarwood where required; ingredient statements or MSDS; and pre-shipment inspection. If your market needs other documents, tell us and we will do our best to provide them.
Do you produce bulk incense for our own packing?
Yes, depending on the product and destination. Some materials carry export documentation requirements, which we confirm at quotation.
Who owns the design work?
Ownership of commissioned designs is agreed in the project contract.
