When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, optional WhatsApp number, country, project information and any files you attach. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details included in that message.

Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare samples and quotations, and discuss a potential business relationship. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. Enquiry notifications are delivered to our business email. When a project goes ahead, the details needed for production are shared with our production team in China. Each provider handles the information only to perform its service.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to answer you and to manage any resulting business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

International transfers

Your information is processed in the United States and, for production projects, in China. By contacting us you understand that it will be handled in these countries.
